We can undertake all production elements of your event whether it be a large outdoor festival or indoor conference, product launch or summer party. We can precure staging, PA and lighting, crewing, bringing all these elements together into a meticulous build, break and show schedule. Muddy Dog Events can advance all artists, liaise with technical and catering providers as well as manage talent on the day, from hotels and travel to dressing room management.


No matter what your needs we can supply crew to your event. From site crew and site managers to office staff, stage managers, riggers and runners we have access to a large number of people who join us from event to event. Any member of staff or crew that we send to an event is vetted personally by ourselves and we only employ hard working, reliable people. We can supply forks and cherry picker drivers, HGV drivers as well as office staff. The list is endless.

Private Parties


We are experts in developing a site from scratch as well as analysing and progressing an existing site to work in a more functional way. We utilise AutoCAD and GPS systems to clearly show site layouts and mark out sites accurately for the event build, looking at crowd flow and dynamics, health and safety, aesthetics etc. We work with all aspects of a site including groundworks, trakway, vehicles/plant, power, marquees etc. Ensuring that they are installed, used and dismantled in a logical and safe manner. Managing each of these elements from concept to debrief.


John is our head honcho site manager at Muddy Dog Events. In his years he has designed and site management many events including; Glastonbury Festival (Pyramid, Other, John Peel and West Holts Stages), Outlook and Dimensions Festival Croatia, Bristol Harbour Festival, Liverpool Music Festival to name a few. We have the ability to take an empty site and deliver a functioning, safe site that looks amazing. We work very hard and pride ourselves on our ability work mutually with our clients to provide the very best service we can.
